Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 27, 2026
This policy explains what personal information 11:11 Events & Co collects through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We have written it to describe what this website actually does — nothing more.
Information you give us
The only information we collect directly is what you type into our inquiry form. Depending on the service you select, that can include:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your preferred method of contact
- The type of service you are interested in
- Event details: date, location, guest count, service length, bar service time, and occasion
- Training details: preferred date, format, number of participants, location, and skill level
- Partnership type, if you are contacting us as a vendor
- Any additional information you choose to write in the message field
All of these fields are optional except your name, email address, service type, and message. Please do not send us sensitive information — payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or health information — through this form.
Information collected automatically
This website does not use analytics software, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not follow you across other websites.
Two technical exceptions are worth naming plainly:
- Spam protection. Our inquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell humans apart from bots. To do this, Cloudflare receives your IP address and basic information about your browser. Turnstile is designed as a privacy-preserving alternative to traditional CAPTCHAs and is not used to track you.
- Hosting and fonts. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard server request information such as IP addresses in order to serve and secure the site. Our typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's font servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
Our internal inquiry log uses browser session storage to hold a staff sign-in token. It is not set for site visitors and is cleared when the browser is closed.
How we use your information
We use what you submit to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, plan and deliver the service you have asked about, and keep a record of our correspondence with you. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We will not add you to a mailing list from a service inquiry.
Who processes your information
We keep our vendor list short. Your inquiry is handled by:
- Cloudflare — website hosting, spam protection, and the database where inquiries are stored
- Resend — the service that delivers the notification email alerting us to your inquiry
- Our email provider — where our reply to you is written and stored
Each of these providers processes your information on our behalf and under their own security obligations.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain business records for the event or engagement, and delete them 24 months after our last contact with you. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
How we protect it
This site is served over HTTPS, so information you submit is encrypted in transit. Stored inquiries are held in a Cloudflare D1 database, and our internal inquiry log requires an access token to view. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit who can see your information to the people who need it to serve you.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Email us and we will act on your request; we will not treat you differently for making one.
11:11 Events & Co is a small business and does not meet the revenue or data-volume thresholds that make the California Consumer Privacy Act legally binding on us. We have chosen to honour its core protections anyway: you may ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and we will not treat you differently for asking. We do not sell or share personal information, as those terms are defined by the CCPA.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the "last updated" date above.
